High Card 包晒簽賬前後成個流程:商戶搜尋/場景選擇、金額同付款方式輸入、即時信用卡排序、詳細回贈計算、交易紀錄、回贈進度同優惠上限、卡數月曆同提醒、簽賬規劃、下一張卡推薦、資訊/攻略、Apple/Google 登入、訪客模式、同步、意見回饋、支援中心同帳號刪除。
High Card covers the full before-and-after spend workflow: merchant search and scenario selection, amount and payment input, instant card ranking, detailed rebate calculation, transaction logging, reward progress and shared limits, records and stats, payment calendar and reminders, spend planning, next-card recommendations, guides, Apple/Google sign-in, guest mode, sync, feedback, support center and account deletion.
App 支援邊啲信用卡? Which credit cards are supported?
HighCard 而家支援 53 張香港主流信用卡,涵蓋 9 個標準簽賬類別同 22 個外幣簽賬估算代碼(本地零售/餐飲/網購、海外零售/網購、本地交通、繳費、電子錢包增值、其他)。我哋會持續加卡同更新優惠條款,App 入面會顯示最新版本資訊。
HighCard currently supports 53 mainstream Hong Kong credit cards across 9 standard spending categories and 22 foreign-currency estimate codes (local retail / dining / online, overseas retail / online, local transport, fee payment, e-wallet top-up, other). We continuously add new cards and update offer T&Cs; the latest data is shown inside the app.
外幣簽賬點計回贈? How is foreign currency rebate calculated?
HighCard 會用參考匯率將外幣換算成港幣,再扣除每張卡可能收取嘅外幣交易收費同跨境港幣交易收費,幫你估算實際淨回贈。注意:實際入帳金額同回贈仍然以發卡銀行月結單為準。
HighCard uses reference rates to convert foreign currency into HKD, then accounts for possible foreign-currency transaction fees and non-local merchant fees to estimate the net rebate. The final settled amount and rebate are subject to your issuer's statement.
點樣刪除我嘅帳號? How do I delete my account?
請去 App 入面嘅「設定」,點選「刪除帳號」。提交請求後,你嘅帳號會進入 7 天待刪除期。期間重新登入會自動取消刪除請求。7 天後,你嘅帳號同所有相關資料會被永久刪除。
Go to "Settings" in the app and tap "Delete Account". After submitting the request, your account enters a 7-day pending deletion period. Signing in again within this period automatically cancels the request. After 7 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
App 顯示嘅回贈資料係咪保證準確? Is the rebate information guaranteed to be accurate?
HighCard 嘅所有資訊(包括信用卡回贈計算結果)都係根據公開資料整理,只供參考,唔構成財務建議。實際回贈以銀行條款為準。請自行閱讀有關條款細則,或者向相關金融機構查詢。

你嘅資料儲存喺 Google Firebase 基礎設施(Cloud Firestore),伺服器位於 Google Cloud Platform。我哋唔會向第三方出售你嘅個人資料。詳情請睇我哋嘅私隱政策。
