App 支援邊啲信用卡? Which credit cards are supported?

HighCard 目前支援 33+ 張香港主流信用卡,涵蓋 9 個標準消費類別(本地零售/餐飲/網購、海外零售/網購、本地交通、繳費、電子錢包增值、其他)。我們會持續加卡及更新優惠條款,App 內會顯示最新版本資訊。

HighCard currently supports 33+ mainstream Hong Kong credit cards across 9 standard spending categories (local retail / dining / online, overseas retail / online, local transport, fee payment, e-wallet top-up, other). We continuously add new cards and update promotion T&Cs; the latest data is shown inside the app.

外幣消費點計回贈? How is foreign currency rebate calculated?

HighCard 透過 ExchangeRate-API(open.er-api.com)每日免費匯率資料將外幣換算成港幣,再扣除每張卡嘅外幣手續費(FX surcharge)同跨境港幣手續費,計算實際淨回贈。注意:呢個係參考匯率,並非 Visa/Mastercard/銀聯等發卡網絡實際結算嘅匯率,最終實收金額以發卡銀行對帳單為準。

HighCard uses daily reference rates from ExchangeRate-API (open.er-api.com) to convert foreign currency into HKD, then subtracts each card's FX surcharge and cross-border HKD fee to compute the net rebate. Note: this is a reference rate, not the actual settlement rate used by Visa / Mastercard / UnionPay; the final settled amount is subject to your issuer's statement.

點樣刪除我嘅帳號? How do I delete my account?

請前往應用程式內嘅「設定」,點選「刪除帳號」。提交請求後,你嘅帳號會進入 7 天待刪除期。在此期間重新登入將自動取消刪除請求。7 天後,你嘅帳號及所有相關資料將被永久刪除。

Go to "Settings" in the app and tap "Delete Account". After submitting the request, your account enters a 7-day pending deletion period. Signing in again within this period automatically cancels the request. After 7 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

App 顯示嘅回贈資料係咪保證準確? Is the rebate information guaranteed to be accurate?

HighCard 嘅所有資訊(包括信用卡回贈計算結果)僅為根據公開資料整理所得,僅供參考,並不構成財務建議。實際回贈以銀行條款為準。請自行閱讀有關條款細則或向各金融機構查詢。

All information in HighCard (including rebate calculations) is compiled from publicly available data for reference only and does not constitute financial advice. Actual rebates are subject to the terms of the respective banks. Please read the relevant terms and conditions or consult the financial institutions directly.

你嘅資料儲存於 Google Firebase 基礎設施(Cloud Firestore),伺服器位於 Google Cloud Platform。我們不會向第三方出售你嘅個人資料。詳情請參閱我們嘅私隱政策
